Cookie Policy

snarlmap uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items. Strictly necessary ones keep you signed in securely and cannot be switched off. Functional ones are off until you opt in. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers that could set cookies or receive your IP address, apart from the payment checkout you choose to open (Stripe or Razorpay, not active during the free beta), an error report sent to Sentry if the app crashes, and Cloudflare, the network provider all traffic passes through, which may set a strictly necessary security cookie (see the Privacy Policy).

The session cookie is strictly necessary — without it you cannot sign in. You can delete it by signing out, which also invalidates the server-side session.
The localStorage items (snarlmap-prefs, snarlmap-history) can be cleared at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, or directly in your browser's DevTools.
